The front‑desk lady was super helpful, always smiling. The room was clean and the Wi‑Fi worked fine. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would recommend for a quick trip.

Rooms were dirty, overall the hotel didn't keep up with basic cleaning. The price felt way too high for the condition and service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were attentive, but the hotel was cold because there was no heating. The place looked awful and the rates were steep. Definitely not a good option in winter.

The staff were excellent, always ready to help. But the hotel itself fell apart—everything was in disrepair. It was a letdown.
