We stayed as a family of twenty‑something adults, and the lounge offered selectable yukatas, alcohol, table tennis, karaoke, a massage machine, and a large bath that both older and younger generations enjoyed. The staff were all within sight, working efficiently and with lovely smiles. The facilities were old but kept clean; however, because many guests use minivans lately, the underground parking has height restrictions and can’t accommodate them, so a few more minivan spaces would be helpful.

The food was delicious, and from the moment I arrived there was a drinks bar with unlimited drinks, plus snacks and a late‑night meal that felt like a good deal. I did notice hair in the bathroom of my room and in the shower, so a bit more frequent cleaning would be appreciated.

The all‑you‑can‑drink offer was great. The parking lot was too dark, though.

Everyone on the staff was friendly and the service was wonderful. There were a few more amenities that could have been added, but overall it was a perfect stay.
