“Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione molto comoda”
The staff were kind and helpful; I called to warn them about my late check‑in and they waited beyond the scheduled time to explain everything, and the room was good.

The welcome, professionalism, and courtesy were great. The room was nice, comfortable, and especially extremely clean. I have nothing to complain about.

The owners really stepped in when I messed up my reservation, but the room didn’t have a kettle.
