We stayed at the hotel twice on our way to Bulgaria and back, and it’s conveniently located right at the Moldova‑Romania border, just 500 m away; the hotel has fewer than 10 rooms, and we stayed in two different rooms to compare, both of which were very tidy with new, solid furniture, air‑conditioning, well‑maintained bathrooms with hot water, and free Wi‑Fi. Breakfast at the on‑site café‑shop offered a typical European spread of eggs, sausages, cheese, coffee, and the staff could even tell you how you’d like your eggs cooked. The café also serves prepared food during the day and evening: soups, meat or chicken, potatoes or porridge—there isn’t a huge variety, but you can get something after a long drive. You can leave your car at the windows of the hotel or even drive it into the courtyard if space allows. The only small drawback is that trucks pass by the outside, but with the windows closed it’s almost inaudible, and the rooms in the courtyard are even quieter. In short, the price‑service ratio is excellent for anyone transiting through Moldova who needs a comfortable break on the road.
