This is really a businessman's hotel—no soul, but everything worked: good room facilities, solid Wi‑Fi, and a very good breakfast choice. The staff were excellent.

I was quite impressed with the hotel's location, but my experience was marred by a frustrating ordeal with the staff. After failing to return my ID card at checkout, I had to engage in a lengthy back-and-forth exchange to get it sent back to my address in Indonesia, and unfortunately, it's been two months and I still haven't received it.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, which made my stay quite pleasant. Unfortunately, the towels were old and worn out, despite being clean and smelling nice.
