The location is unique, but the hotel doesn’t feel very welcoming to people with disabilities; there are steps down to the breakfast room and no dedicated handicap parking.

The whole place is full of art, making it a powerful spot, and it’s a short walk to the water, but the staff in the breakfast area are unfriendly and the morning buffet isn’t that great.
