“Sporco, non lo consiglierei”
The property offers a dedicated parking spot for guests, which is very convenient given the limited parking in Erice. The apartment was very dirty when we arrived: the sheets were filthy and the pillows were covered in hair, suggesting they hadn't been changed and were only roughly cleaned. We asked for new sheets, and the front‑desk guy kindly handled the replacement. However, the new sheets, while clean, were extremely itchy, likely due to the fabric. The shower was also dirty, with leftover shampoo and other products from previous occupants. We stayed just one night, and unfortunately it was not enjoyable.

The location and the room were truly lovely; we appreciated the old architecture on the edge of the old town with a view toward Trapani. The young staff member was very friendly, spoke excellent English for Italian standards, and went out of his way to meet all our requests (e.g., helping us park in the extremely narrow side street at the end :-) The breakfast was also good for Italian standards, offering hearty dishes, cakes, and fruit. The directions to the parking were hard to understand (a photo of a map with the route marked would have helped). And yes, it is difficult to find and goes through very narrow alleys. The bathroom was fairly basic but acceptable. Unfortunately, when we were there, the breakfast was not restocked. Later arrivals saw a bit of a mess in the kitchen.

The view from the balcony and windows was amazing. The room was surprisingly quiet. Emilio was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Breakfast was good. It was convenient to the historic town center yet far enough away from the noise. The quality of the bedding could have been better
