Every staff member, no matter their role, behaved politely and kindly, showing a good attitude; after the typhoon, the garage seemed to attract ants, which really freaked us out because we hate ants crawling on our car 🤣.

The spa bathtub area was separated from the sleeping zone, the room was free of smoke, and the staff called proactively to confirm the reservation, which felt warm and thoughtful; the garage is on the same level as the rooms, so no stairs to climb, although the dehumidifier filled up very quickly.
