“Relax a Senigallia”

The staff’s availability and friendliness, especially Angelica and the entire reception team, were commendable. The original room was not up to standard and had issues; the replacement room was decidedly better. The property, while generally solid, might benefit from a refresh in some areas.

“hotel ottimo se si arriva in auto e ci si muove con mezzi propri, non vicino alle spiagge o al centr”

The hotel was wonderful with a large private parking lot, a huge park, and a nice pool that had a refreshment service. The room itself was spacious and well built, but a bit lacking in maintenance – the window wouldn’t close fully and the bulb in the entrance was broken.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the holistic centre had great operators. Right after we entered the room we immediately noticed a strong odor coming from the pipes, which was sometimes very intense on certain days. I don’t think it was the hotel’s fault, because I experienced the same issue in other places in Senigallia, and in other parts of the hotel nothing was detected.

If you drive, the location is convenient. The pool is large and well kept. If you use public transport, there are no buses that reach the hotel and no transfer is offered. Also the restaurant isn’t open every evening, and the bar is only the pool bar. In the room the climate can’t be set above 23 °C, and when it’s turned off there’s a sewage smell. The TV, Wi‑Fi and hair dryer didn’t work. The food at the restaurant was mediocre.
