Relatively well located. It isn’t a hotel, it’s more of a guesthouse. There was no reception; I ran into the owner on the street by chance while looking for the entrance, because the building is a plumbing store whose staff don’t intend to help you find it… it’s better to call once you’re in front.

The hotel sits in a quiet corner just a short 8‑10 minute walk from the beach and promenade, which was perfect for morning strolls. The staff were genuinely friendly and seemed ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was a nice mix of freshly made local dishes and a decent international spread, so there was something for everyone.

We ran into a serious issue with the front desk – the employees tried to overcharge us and essentially attempted a scam. It left a very sour taste after what should have been a straightforward check‑in.

This family‑run place offers great value for the money and is only a few minutes from Saranda’s centre, with the owners always ready to lend a hand. Unfortunately the lift was out of service, so we had to lug our bags from the third floor up to the sixth for breakfast, and there was no reception desk – check‑in was done in the room.
