Close to Kilgore College, but I was overcharged and still waiting for a resolution.

The location was spot‑on and there was no heavy traffic noise all night. However, the front desk attendant was rude when we tried to check out, refusing to help at all. The pool was shut because he wouldn’t provide extra towels, and the shower only had hot water because the faucet knob was installed wrong.

The room was simple but very well prepared, though it carried a stuffy smell that lingered.

I loved how clean the room was and appreciated being able to watch Netflix, since the cable had a decent selection of channels, which was a big plus. The room itself was roomy and the price was good. The only downside was that the A/C was off and the room stayed very hot. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would return if I travel to Kilgore, TX.
