The location and parking were good. The balcony was nice. There were no downsides.

The location was within walking distance of the center, there was a private parking for cars, the kitchen equipment was adequate. The building had an elevator.

The location is pretty good. The distances to what you need are relatively short: 12‑15 minute walks to the city center, 15 minutes to the beach (which we liked a lot). Private parking on the property. Maisonette on the top floor of the building, well equipped, access by elevator (and stairs). Two bathrooms – the location being on two levels is important.
