The reception was very friendly and the hosts were welcoming. The breakfast buffet was great, but there were only a few parking spaces and the area was cramped; in the morning we were woken up early because someone couldn’t leave. For the number of beds, the breakfast room was too small.

The staff were very friendly and immediately swapped us into a different room because the original one was extremely small; the parking issue was also handled well, with the manager simply giving us his spot. Breakfast was good and the variety matched our expectations. The location on the outskirts is convenient, giving quick access to both the Pegnitz-Auen and the city center, making it highly recommended for a short two‑night trip or for cyclists and short‑term guests. The tap’s flow regulator was clearly not the latest model and could use a cleaning, and the lack of an elevator could be problematic for people with mobility issues.
