“Not the best stay at a Hilton.”

The breakfast and its staff were excellent, and the chief engineer who fixed our AC unit was the most professional and courteous hotel engineer I’ve ever met. Still, the AC didn’t cool properly, though it was better than the 73‑degree heat we endured. I texted a couple of employees about the problem and they sent us two fans. The front desk said on Friday night there were no other rooms available, even though the football team had just checked out, so I was hoping we’d get a room with better AC. The fridge leaked, and I found the cause: the pan under the freezer was full of water, which I emptied and cleaned up.

“The say was great we always enjoy our stay”

Everything was great, especially Miss Beverly who was fantastic. The only hiccup was that our reservation was canceled upon arrival, which was a problem.
