“Parfait”
Clean, quiet, and well‑decorated. Opening the key box was difficult.
“Un posto straordinario”
The accommodation is magnificent, spotless everywhere and well organized so every guest has their own space. The house, which is all attic‑style, has 7 rooms and 3 shared bathrooms, plus a large kitchen and living room. The whole house has been fully renovated with great taste. The owners are extremely kind and pay a lot of attention to guests, for example by providing beach umbrellas, masks, fins, and beach towels. Even though it’s an attic, it doesn’t get hot: the air‑conditioning units are brand new, extremely quiet, and work wonderfully—sleep is divine. If I ever return to Nice, I’ll definitely stay here. Nothing else. The apartment is extraordinary.
The spot is spot on, smack in the middle of the old town. The kitchenette comes with a hob, oven, kettle and all the usual gear, so you can whip up whatever you fancy. The bathrooms are solid, featuring a strong shower and high‑powered hairdryers in the rooms, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the bedroom ceilings slope down; it didn’t bother me because I’m short, but taller folks might find it a bit awkward.
“recommend close to town quiet nice”
I liked the very calm atmosphere. The room had a slightly odd light.
The location is good, and access is easy. The place is cramped, old, and expensive for the service. Check‑in is at 17:00 and check‑out at 10:00 for a price barely cheaper than an ibis‑style hotel on the same street. On top of that, I received a message saying that I was “squatting” with a second person.
