The hotel’s location is excellent and I love the bathroom in the room. The hotel feels a bit old; the room TVs need modernization, with USB-C ports and an Ethernet cable available. I couldn’t access the Wi‑Fi.

The rooms were wide and quite clean, beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. The pool was tidy and easy to reach. The location was great, with a shopping mall, pharmacies and supermarkets just a 5‑minute walk away. However, the rooms had a damp smell, especially in the bathrooms. Several rooms didn’t offer good views, and the towels at the pool were very small.

The facilities were okay. There was no water in the bathrooms; the shower was horrible, spraying only three weak streams and nothing hot.

The American breakfast had limited options, and on some occasions the dishes were cold, including the tortillas. Not all waiters displayed a service attitude, and they didn’t coordinate the table service well. By 8 am there were times when no add‑ons were available. The towels were old, gray, and the threads fell out; we three people didn’t receive a full set even though they said they were washing them.
