“худший отель Вьетнама”
The big, thick towels and nearby supermarkets were the only bright spots. I couldn’t get a single night of peace during the five‑night stay—every night a karaoke restaurant next door blasted bass speakers until 5 am, shaking the wall and the whole room; the staff did nothing to protect guests who needed sleep. Changing rooms was pointless—I paid for the most expensive room with street‑facing windows, while other rooms either lacked windows or had wooden shutters opening onto a hallway or a neighboring building, forcing me to sit in daylight at 7 am. On Independence Day they started construction on the top floor, dropping metal piles onto my ceiling, then a manager and his wife, who spoke no language but their own, shouted at me, while a cleaning lady barged in, grabbed all my belongings, and when asked to just mop the floor she launched a full‑scale cleaning as if I were leaving. They stayed in the room for an hour, refusing to let me rest, later removed four of the six pillows and never returned them. Ants marched across the reception desk, the room was a mess, there was no hot water for the first two days, the internet was terrible with constant drops, especially in the evenings. This was the worst place I’ve stayed in Vietnam out of more than twenty.
“A great hotel, with very friendly staff.”
It was very central
This place is a complete disaster. The staff seemed nice, but that's about it. The location was decent, but the noise from the street was unbearable. I've never slept in a hotel that was so loud. The room was tiny and the bed was uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
“Budget hotel”
The location is good; this was my second visit in a month. However, repair work on the floor above started at 6 am, so construction noise made it hard to sleep. Hot water was scarce, only a little warm water came from the tap, and there were many ants in the room.
“A great hotel at a reasonable cost.”
Very conveniently located and the staff were very friendly.
