The female employee was rude and the system they use is overly complicated.
Nada. Los recepcionistas a parte de poco colaborativos no saben ni hablar bien inglés, cuando llegue me dijeron que tenía que pagar en cash, y como no tenía y no iba a sacar dinero sola por la noche me dijeron que se quedaban con mi pasaporte . A la mañana siguiente fui a sacar dinero y le pagué y la recepcionista me dijo te doy el pasaporte cuando hagas el check out, como si fuera una delincuente. La habitación apestaba, tanto que se me quedó hasta el olor en la ropa. el barrio da miedo y huele fatal. Ruidos por la noche
