“Excelente atendimento, conforto e ótima localização!”

I worked at the Premium Hotel Frutal and was pretty pleased with the stay. The room was very clean, organized and well maintained, as was the bathroom. The air‑conditioning, stocked mini‑fridge and hair dryer were very handy. The key‑card lock gives extra security, especially for solo travelers. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of variety, and starts at 6 am, perfect for those who need to leave early for work. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, and the 24‑hour operation is a big help, especially for those arriving by bus at night, since the bus station is practically next door. The location is great, with a supermarket on the corner and restaurants nearby. The hotel also accepts pets, has an elevator and offers TV with Sky channels. I recommend it! I liked everything; my stay was excellent and I have no complaints. Everything met my expectations.

We spent a weekend in Frutal with our daughter and it was a great choice. The room with a double bed and a single bed was perfect for us. Everything was organized and very clean, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was one of the things we liked most, with fruit, bread, cakes and other options. Our daughter enjoyed the TV with cartoon channels a lot. The front desk staff were very polite and the location helped a lot for getting around the city.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were renovated and very comfortable, and the shower was great. The parking could have had a cover.

The location was fine, the beds were okay, the service was good, and the breakfast was acceptable. A mirror could have been added to the room; the bathroom mirror was smudged.
