Near the city and the ferry, the room size was good and the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness could be much better—staff were nice but spoke poor English and didn’t understand everything. The taxi call to the ferry was a rip‑off—beware, it was very expensive for 2 km and 5 minutes of travel. Rooms are noisy and the hallway is loud.

The structure is very Chinese but with a good price; the owner was fantastic, he accompanied me to the port and even paid for the ferry ticket to Phú Quốc. The stairs to reach the room were a problem.

From the reception hall to level 1 the staircase is steep and each step is narrow, making it quite dangerous for elderly guests.
