The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially want to thank Emad for his patience and kindness; even though we spoke different languages he listened closely and took the time to show me around on my first trip to Egypt. I highly recommend it. The only downside was the traffic noise at night.

I loved how close the views of the pyramids were, and the hotel’s proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum and its modern facilities made the stay even better.

The view of the pyramids was excellent, and the hotel is also close to the Grand Egyptian Museum. The décor is modern, the rooms are very well kept, and the bed is great for resting.

The views of the pyramids and the proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum were awesome. The rooms were comfortable and the reception staff were welcoming. The restaurant manager, an older man in a white shirt, was very abrupt and basically forced us to choose the buffet even though we wanted to order from the wider menu; he was very pushy. The rest of the bar and restaurant staff were excellent.

The location is pretty close to the pyramids, but the price was way too high for what was offered. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived to check in at 4 PM, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the room itself wasn’t great.
