The staff were very friendly and the hotel is close to the wharf. The balcony door had cracks and gaps that let hot air in, so the room stayed warm even when we tried to block the gaps; the lack of an elevator was also an issue.

The new furniture looks nice, the large flat‑screen TV is great, and the air conditioning and hot water are excellent. Everything was very clean, though the bed felt a bit firm for me, but the foam mattress was nice.

The hotel sits right next to Lucap Wharf, which is perfect if you’re heading to the Hundred Islands. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores like 7/11 nearby. We booked a 2 Bedroom Suite for my family and the room was clean, comfortable, and good value. The staff at check‑in were friendly and let us use the other hotel’s pool for free. They’re also pet‑friendly, charging only 500 pesos per pet. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend booking here. Nothing negative.

Room not clean. Bathroom not clean. TV and internet not working.Reception staff not friendly at all. Corridors work in progress (strong paint smells) No fridge. No soap, shower gel, dental kit and only 2 poor quality towels for all 3 days. Nothing

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly hospitable staff who were always friendly and welcoming. However, I couldn't help but notice that the building itself appears to be quite dated. Despite this, the warm and friendly service made up for the hotel's age. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but could benefit from some updates.
