“It was okay for last minute need. I’m not sure it was worth the money that was spent.”

The location was nice. The shower had little pressure and the bed lacked a sheet—just a mattress cover and comforter, maybe that's the norm now? Also a bright light shone into our window, and we couldn’t cover it with heavy curtains.

The staff were friendly when fixing issues, yet we were assigned a room without air conditioning, the spa was out of order upon arrival, and when we left the next day a gas leak meant the kids missed breakfast.

The bed was comfortable and clean overall, but we started in a room where the AC failed and the temperature hit 78 degrees; after returning to the front desk we switched rooms, only to find the new one smelling strongly of pets, and the breakfast that should have been included was charged extra.

“Don't stay here”

The location was good. Room wasn't ready until 4:30 pm though they knew we were waiting. Did not get the suite we booked but instead were put into a handicap accessible room which is bigger. Hot tub was not working. Cleaning staff only put fresh towels in room but did not clean room. They did leave a vape in bathroom which is interesting because this is a non-smoking hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and paid $800 due to a concert in town. Definitely overpriced and would like some compensation back. Hotel is not responsive to in regards to our stay
