The location and the food were great, making it a solid stopover even with kids. The pool is small and not suitable for kids to splash around, but it’s fine for a quick dip after a long drive.

The staff were super friendly and the accommodation space we had was large, tidy, and very pleasant. The overall atmosphere of the grounds was nice, and we ate deliciously at the restaurant.

We spent a night in Il Fiorile because it’s close to the Serravalle outlet. The family room (on the 1st floor) was spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty – local bakery (you have to try it!), boiled eggs, prosciutto, cheese, bread. The host is the sweetest lady, very welcoming. She greeted us the second we stepped into the garden for breakfast and asked what kind of coffee we would like. There was also a pool, which seemed nice but we didn’t have time to try it out. Parking is under cover, which is a nice feature in hot weather. Sounds at night were a bit disturbing (fridge, air conditioner). As the air conditioner is central, you cannot switch it to night mode. It would be great to have more precise pictures of the specific rooms; we actually didn’t understand how the family room looks like.
