When we arrived, I received a message saying that the room I had booked and paid for was included and that I needed to send a cancellation request to Booking to get a refund. That was very unpleasant ;(

If you want to feel at home while on vacation, you have definitely chosen the right hotel. The hotel’s energy and the facilities it offers will make you feel at home, and you’ll be counting the days until you stay there again. The location, cleanliness, the staff’s friendly attitude, and their relentless commitment to providing unlimited service, plus the breakfast in a quality and variety that you couldn’t even prepare at home… all are perfect. In the morning, you’ll never forget the breakfast prepared with the hotel owner’s own “Celal Volkan Pekcan” brand, which uses gold‑medal olive oil acquired from many countries in previous years and most recently from London and Italy in 2026, along with organic jams (especially walnut jam, the best), pepper, and tomato paste, all delicious accompaniments. The hotel’s cleanliness is the best compared to many other hotels. I will definitely come back at the first opportunity.
