Staff was helpfull. Room was not ready, when we came had to wait for 1 hour, and then we notice the bathroom had a water leak they moved us into another room which smell and was smaller and not we booked for. We were told there is another room but is not ready, we decided to go out and when we came back the room was a lot better Bathroom had no hot water, that was shame, the rest of tha facilities were good

I found this hotel to be a good value for money, and it was suitable for staying with family. However, the noise from outside dogs was a nuisance, and it disrupted my stay. Despite this, I would recommend the hotel for its affordability and family-friendly atmosphere.

My stay at this hotel was truly superb, with delicious breakfast and clean, spacious rooms. The staff, particularly Mr. Ankush, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to upgrade our room upon arrival. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing, with the only redeeming factor being the nice staff, particularly Suneha ji. However, the hotel failed to impress in other areas, and I left feeling underwhelmed.
