The night clerk was very nice. She did sadly have a bad case of body oder. They gentleman the next morning was very friendly and helpful. The floor in our room was gritty. The shower was very stained to the point I was afraid to use it. The toilet would not stop running after a flush or if it sat for a while the water would drain and you could not flush it. It was also scratched up and stained

Very dog-friendly! The bed was very comfy with great pillows. It was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. No complaints

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Stains on sheets. Floors and baseboards not clean. Something’s were old and others were neglected

I liked the bed and the pillows, but there was no bar of soap or shampoo for the shower, and no plug for the bathroom sink; the overhead fan was out of sync and wobbled, producing a very distracting noise that made it unusable; the floor was buckled and wavy, so walking felt like going uphill or downhill across the room; one of the lights over my bed was out, and I was not happy about having to pay a $100.00 deposit damage fee upfront.
