The location and breakfast were amazing. Angelina was supportive, attentive, and genuinely tried to meet my request, though she couldn’t due to limits or her authority, which I totally understand. I appreciated her effort and helpful attitude. Unfortunately, noise from neighboring rooms and the reception floor made it hard to relax and sleep, and I didn’t feel fully safe and comfortable, which affected my overall experience. A quieter setting, better soundproofing, and more focus on guest security would make a big difference.
