The location and proximity to the sea are good, and the bedding is clean; however the floor in the room is dirty and sticky, there’s no necessary cookware, the kitchen is dirty, it’s very noisy, you can’t open the window, the view is a construction site, and there are old tires everywhere at the entrance.

Good location, the sea is close (about 5 minutes on foot), there are many shopping streets and cafes nearby. Breakfast is monotonous, 1-2 dishes have changed for 10 days of stay. At breakfast, the dishes were dirty and I had to check every glass and plate. The glasses were so poorly washed that there were juice residues inside the walls. When we came for lunch for the second time, we were put in line, explaining that there were no seats (although almost half of the hall was empty). No privacy on the balcony. So the balcony was not very pleasant to use. There is one washing machine and one dryer on the ground floor of the hotel. In order to use it, we had to stand in line almost all day, as the hotel bed linen and towels were washed there. It turned out that such a large hotel does not have a separate washing machine for these things. Because of this, I had to go down and wash at night. The pool is more suitable for children than for adults. It starts from a depth of 140 cm and from the middle of 80 cm, then 40 cm. The pool is also small

I booked a completely different room, and after booking I called to confirm everything matched the photos; they said yes, everything was as pictured. In the end we were given a completely different room and they didn't tell us. When I started to investigate, the dissatisfied guests were still sitting there! They finally promised a $100 discount that would be refunded to my card. I've been waiting for over a month!
