The new room is large, clean, and has a nice balcony with good lighting. The shower area is spacious with a heated floor. Breakfast is great, and service for all meals is excellent. The spa area was interesting. Parking under the hotel is free and convenient. The sinks and mirror are in the bedroom, not the bathroom, which makes it noisy and lacks privacy. Most of the spa area is “nudity required,” so we didn’t use it.

The owners and staff were very welcoming; the entire hotel was immaculately clean and stylish. Our room was fantastic with excellent facilities. The spa pool was very relaxing after hiking in the mountains. The location was perfect, and the dining options, including breakfast, were excellent.

The rooms are very beautiful, new, and pleasant, with a stunning mountain view. No need to travel elsewhere to walk in the mountains. The bathroom is very comfortable and beautiful. The beds and pillows are flawless. Everything is new, even small touches like makeup remover wipes. The hotel is amazing, and the staff are very friendly and caring, plus the restaurant is very tasty.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cable lifts. Breakfast was delicious, and the fresh croissants were amazing. We dined at the hotel, and the tomahawk steak for two was the best meal we had. The family running the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. The spa facilities were wonderful after days of mountain activities. It was an absolutely wonderful experience with beautiful views, and nothing was lacking.
