“Service was good, location was perfect, room could be better presented”
The location was the main highlight, but the walls and floor were a bit rough, dirty, and getting old.

The location was fine, but everything else was lacking: no service, no kettle, no soap by the sink, and no coat hangers.

The location, it was fairly central. Nothing else. Booking in - the code didn't work and there was not staff and then, the WhatsApp number given didn't reply. We only gained entry to the hotel by someone else coming out. This was a recurring thing as both travelling parties in our group experienced this and we had to let other people in. Room service - apparently the rooms only get made every 3 days. For that price? Are you serious? Cleanliness - Everything felt like it was slightly sticky. One of the drawers had some dried-up liquid in it. There were buttons missing in the lift. The air con was either on or off. We could not chose the temp nor where the direction it was going. The lock on the toilet door was not working. There was something broken out off the wall in the bathroom, which we guess was a mirror, and not replaced. The toilet or the drains in there constantly gave a smell of sewage. We were lucky to have a room with windows - so we thought, but they were not noise proof. We could hear all the traffic. The rubbish collection comes around 3.30 or 4.30 in the morning and of course, we could hear it. But we could also smell it. It was vile. We could hear the doors closing in the hall way. We could also hear people coughing and using the light switch next door. It was probably the worst 'hotel' we've ever stayed in and what we didn't expect from Singapore AND for this inflated price

A tiny room that felt like a shoebox, with a bed on a platform that was hard to climb onto and off. There was nowhere to put luggage, and the bathroom was dirty—wouldn't recommend.

The only reason I stayed was the location. Distance to office. The place was really depressing. No staff available 24/7. No clean. Room no clean. I did not like it. I would not come back
