I’ll remember this place for a long time because I met good people there. A seriously ill dog on the street needed a vet’s care, and the surgery was performed on the hotel grounds with the help of a staff member named Made Suwina—an excellent person who didn’t turn away when the dog needed help. I highly recommend this place—people there have hearts!

The infinity pool was amazing with sea views. The staff were very friendly but seemed to struggle to understand what was being asked. The room was very spacious. The bathroom really needed replacement; my husband had to fix the toilet flapper up to three times because it didn’t flush properly. One of the sliding doors to the terrace was broken. They could do better by asking more about the accommodation and updating the bathroom.

It’s perfect for sunrise! The room is great and the bathroom is fine. The infinity pool is heavenly. The only downside is that the host doesn’t reply to messages and the staff spent a long time trying to get my TV working.

Everything was fine except the bathroom. The view was fantastic and the owner arranged scooters for us.
