The location was spot on, but I had issues with the door system, which didn't work properly.
The staff, particularly Nancy and Carla, were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home.
The room was clean and nice, and the location was fantastic.
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, with one of the most comfortable rooms I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in.

“Ubicación inmejorable”
Access is very secure, the location is excellent, the décor is well maintained, the rooms are very spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable.
The hotel’s central location, comfortable and spacious room, well‑furnished interior, and pleasant atmosphere all made for a great stay.
The place was well decorated and located in a great spot for Roma Norte & Condesa, the roof‑terrace restaurant served a beautiful breakfast and every staff member was lovely and welcoming.
“A lovely stay that felt very clean, comfortable, and safe.”
The place was extremely clean, the shower was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable; check‑in was easy, the communication around booking was plentiful, and the instructions for accessing the room with key codes were clear, but the room turned out to be much smaller than I had expected.
The location is good.
