It was pleasant enough, but we were the unlucky guests who had to deal with maintenance issues— the sliding bathroom door fell off in my hands, and a drain was blocked. The staff fixed both problems as soon as I reported them. On the bright side, the dinner was exceptional and deserves five stars.
