The location was fantastic, fresh buns from the bakery next door and a small shop right under the building were perfect for breakfast in the kitchen; the kitchen, shared with others, was very clean and tidy; it’s close to tram and bus stops; the toilet was clean, the linens were clean, and the room was fully adequate for two people. The road noise sometimes caused trouble, but we slept with the window open, so it wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The location was convenient, the price was affordable, and I got instant contact with the owner by phone/email; the staff were courteous and friendly. The bathroom light would flicker on the sensor during a shower, and before the heating season the room on the top floor felt a bit chilly, so extra heating like a fan heater would be useful.
