The location is strategic in front of KipMall Tampoi, with many shops around. The bed is so noisy.

The location is only… Motor parking is problematic, then the room had an air‑con issue, and the floor looks like it’s litching and leaching; I think the floor isn’t being properly mopped.

I had a pleasant stay overall; the room was clean and well maintained, and the location was very strategic, making it convenient to get around. The air conditioning worked well and the hot water was consistently available, keeping the stay comfortable. With a few small improvements, the experience would be even better. However, the bed made squeaking noises whenever we turned during the night, affecting our sleep, and it would be nice if the hotel provided an extra pillow, as the number of pillows was limited.
