I booked a room for 170,778 KRW (about 7,000+ pesos with taxes and fees), which clearly included breakfast. There was also a cheaper option for 47,725 KRW (about 1,900+ pesos with taxes and fees) without breakfast, but I specifically chose and paid for the one with breakfast. When I checked in, the staff told me breakfast wasn’t included because it wasn’t updated in their system. This was disappointing, as I paid for a service that wasn’t provided. I hope the hotel improves its booking accuracy to avoid misleading future guests.
