“MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA”
From the moment we arrived the reception staff treated us terribly, the whole place felt unsafe with strangers loitering around and a strong chemical smell in the air; the front door never opened, we were told the information we received was unreliable, the receptionist disappeared within minutes, so we never completed the check‑in and didn’t stay at all. I filed a report with the booking platform, they said they’d handle it well and are tracking the refund under my reservation number, yet no money has been returned so far.
“Horrendous and waste of money”
I honestly didnt like the staff, lady at the front was smuck about even working there, the rooms were horrible, walked into baby roaches crawling under the bed, bathroom light was missing a cover, corners were chipped and pieces of the wall were on the floor, used towel on the sink. 0/10 attitude from staff was rude, room was dirty, would NOT RECOMMEND

The price was great, which mattered a lot since I was on a budget, and the hotel was clean. My partner, who stayed there too, was very happy.
The front desk staff were very friendly, but there was no flexibility for an earlier check‑in.
