Right in the city centre, the owner speaks French and helped us get into the building (remember to pay the tourist tax in advance!). Our room was on the 2nd floor, the stairs are steep, and there’s no view from our room (though all rooms differ).

The location was great and the staff was friendly, but the bedding was dirty with blood stains on the duvet and mattress protector, and there were hairs in the bathroom.

Good location and surprisingly quiet considering it was on a little plaza which was buzzing with restaurants and bars open in the evening. Small but adequate with kettle, good bathroom and good wifi. I would recommend staying there 100% but the automated communication system of checking in, paying the security deposit and city tax is why I've given it a lower review. It spoiled our whole trip. The communication was very hard. You have to wait until the moment of check-in to pay the city tax and deposit and only then do you get the door code. This means you are on the street trying to make payments. On Booking they advise you to contact a certain number. When you do this, you get an automated reply saying to contact the very same number. We ended up in a loop of automated replies and found it incredibly frustrating. Once inside, the place is fine but there is only one thin half blanket but luckily it wasn't too cold

The sink was great, but finding it was a bit hard and the stairs were somewhat dangerous.

“Schöner Aufenthalt in komfortablem Appartement”

I stayed in a well‑equipped apartment in a great location, and overall it was a very good experience. Communication was quick and easy. However, the description of where exactly the apartment is located was missing, and it would have helped to know that we should look at the entrance of the ice cream shop. In the apartment, there were ants and some towels were slightly dirty.
