It’s an excellent place, run by its owner, and that shows in every detail. The restaurant is very good and the friendly vibe of the staff makes you feel at home. The view is gorgeous, it’s a stone’s throw from the center, and the atmosphere is great – perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect. We just wish we could stay longer.

The location is superb and the stay was completely peaceful. After our ride we enjoyed a spa treatment and were thrilled to be so close to the event’s starting point. The team provided great service and made sure everything went smoothly.

The breakfast was excellent, though it’s run by an external provider yet still included in the room rate. There was no front‑desk staff, and the reception closed at 17:30, so we waited over 30 minutes before we could check in and receive our room.

We’ll definitely return. The hotel is magnificent, with an exquisite breakfast at Café La Pascuala. The rooms are very cozy, and the property is beautiful, featuring a direct beach access that’s very convenient. We brought our dog and never had any issues. The hotel offers a café, a restaurant, a spa, and even a ceramics workshop that we’ll try next time. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. If you’re heading to Matanzas, you have to choose this hotel!
