I was pleased to find that the hotel was located in a very central area, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, and the internet was fast. The parking facilities for cars were also excellent. However, the room's amenities were not up to par, with a non-functional TV and no water kettle. The carpets were old and dirty, but the room itself was spacious. Unfortunately, the issues I mentioned earlier were not addressed.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a bit of a letdown. The food was not fresh and not very tasty, and it was served lukewarm. I was expecting a higher standard of cuisine, especially given the hotel's reputation. Despite this, I would like to give the hotel another chance in the future.

My stay was brief, just a few hours, and I appreciated the hotel's central location, close to a vibrant shopping mall. Nevertheless, I did notice that the room had a bit of an old smell, the building could use some renovation, the elevators needed tuning and maintenance, and the towels could have been fresher and more fragrant.

I was impressed with the team's follow-up and attention to my arrival time, ensuring my room was ready with all the necessities. However, I noticed that the elevators were small and could use some synchronization and maintenance to improve their efficiency.
