The service was wonderful, the people were welcoming and polite, and the place was cozy and pleasant.
The location was good.
The seaside location is excellent, and the center of Cumbuco can be reached quickly by car; walking along the fine sand and the surf takes about 20 minutes; the hotel is very welcoming, well decorated and extremely clean; Dona Rosa and her son Marino are perfect hosts who attend to guests with great care and affection; the hearty breakfast is especially noteworthy and leaves nothing to be desired. – Peter Hofer‑Chaves, 10‑20 Feb 2026

Nothing good to mention. The reception was bad, the bed was old and hard, the place was filthy, the room was dusty, you have to pay separately for AC and a mini‑fridge and it took a while to sort that out, there was no blanket available, and the AC still didn’t work properly.

The place was quiet, but the lack of blackout curtains bothered those who like to sleep in the dark; the Christmas decorations on the room doors in February gave a careless vibe, the only staff member who stayed to help us was helpful but didn’t know how to give proper information, breakfast was only served at 8 am and we left without having breakfast.
