“Unmanned accommodation”
The room was clean, yet after a tiring day at the hospital I couldn’t get in: I rang the front desk, knocked on the door, got no answer, then knocked on a guest’s window who let us in. I kept calling the number until someone finally answered, but the receptionist didn’t know how the code worked and had to call someone else. We eventually got into the room, but the next morning even the maintenance crew couldn’t get in, and there was no staff present when we left. The place was completely unmanned; I called the Wakefield Limes number to complain and they ignored me. I won’t stay here again! The room was booked for two people but was set up for one, with only one towel and a single packet of biscuits—another example of the place being left to run itself.
