The staff were very kind and attentive, everything was fine, though it would be nice to have a few more useful items for guests like snacks; my pet was happy too. The water pressure on the fourth floor shower was very low.

There was no infamy or praise, just a decent budget option for a layover. The room was clean, had basic amenities, super‑warm flannel sheets, and fresh towels. The location was good, a few minutes’ walk from Plaza de Armas and the bus agencies. The room was tiny, the window faced the interior spaces and it was scorching hot! There was little airflow.
