The place was advertised as having an ocean view, yet we ended up staring at a parking lot. The patio door was shut, so we couldn’t use the outdoor area. The floors were filthy, leaving mud on our shoes that we had to wipe off before bed. The staff seemed indifferent and didn’t show empathy when we raised these issues. Though we didn’t expect luxury, the overall experience was disappointing, and we plan to post photos on Google reviews to share our feedback. The pool water was in such poor condition that it wasn’t swim‑worthy, which feels like misleading advertising. We’ve learned that police are often called to deal with people loitering in the hallways.

The room was acceptable. There was no microwave, but there was a full stove, though it lacked pots, pans, and dishes. Hot water took 10 minutes to arrive and was only lukewarm.
