Overall the hotel is very good and very well located in the centre of Brussels; the central station is a 5‑minute walk, which also makes moving around Belgium quite easy. They tried to charge me breakfast twice for a day when I was traveling alone.

The location is almost perfect—very close to the train station, next to the Grand‑Place, near all the tourist spots… I think it’s the ideal spot if you want to be near the centre without being in the centre. When we arrived we were given a room that was occupied by someone else, which was a big scare because we startled the tenant inside and it was uncomfortable. I also left something in the hotel; although they didn’t find it, it seemed predictable, they showed very little interest. I called, sent several messages, and… they cared 0.

Upon entering the building it felt new, clean and tidy; the room was spacious enough to fit two suitcases and two folding umbrellas without issue. We were unfortunately caught in rain that day, but the hotel was close to Grand‑Place and a large supermarket, which was convenient, and a souvenir shop was right next door. After checkout they kindly stored our luggage for us.
