I was extremely disappointed with the staff and hotel service. The kitchen wasn’t working and toiletries were out of stock.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff at this hotel for making my stay a pleasant one. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and respect, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met.
