The room was cramped and the bed was positioned awkwardly against the wall; I even asked for a different room but the request was denied, so the tight space and bed placement were disappointing.

The staff were great and the estate feels secure, but the Wi‑Fi wasn’t very reliable. It would help to have heaters or some wood for the fireplace because it’s super cold. The towels look a bit old and have lost colour; you’d expect better quality for the price paid.
