The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable, but we were a bit disappointed that our room didn't come with a bar fridge.

I appreciated the friendly staff, cleanliness, and good food, but had some issues with the air conditioning in our room, which was quite weak, and the tiny lift.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the decent breakfast spread and attentive staff. The restaurant menu offered a good selection of options. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool was not functional, and the hotel was quite chilly.

I was pleased with the affordable price, nice swimming pool, and welcoming front door staff, but had a long list of complaints, including unclean corridors and stairs, a broken escalator, a poorly managed breakfast, and some pretty gross bathroom conditions.
