The spot’s close to the center and all the eateries, so you can stroll everywhere. It’s super cute, with a décor that really channels Oaxaca. The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding, and when we had to leave early before breakfast, they let us out ahead of schedule. Nothing else to note.

It’s near the center, the price is pretty reasonable, and the facilities stay clean. The room I stayed in didn’t have a fan or air‑conditioning, but luckily the weather wasn’t hot.

I liked how warm everyone on the staff was. The décor was very colorful and the facilities stayed very clean. All in all, everything was great.

The place is pretty, full of plants, and it even has a kitchen if you want to cook. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned for two days, which was unpleasant. On the last day the water was shut off and I couldn’t use the bathroom; I had to ask at 1 a.m. They turned it off because a previous guest had left the toilet dirty and hadn’t opened the lock. I didn’t understand why I was blamed.

Nothing good. When we arrived they told us there were two single beds, but we actually had two double beds. I had called ahead for confirmation, and when I pointed out the discrepancy, the staff was rude and said I could cancel for free. I told them I would cancel because they wouldn’t give me the service, and they said I could cancel or I’d have to pay for not canceling, so I had to cancel.
